We have had 2 nice experiences at this hotel now. Lobby was lovely, staff courteous, and our room was in order again and had everything we needed. Comfy beds and pillows. The pool and hot tub were good temperatures and we love the design of the pool area and size of the hot tub. We came for the Lantern Festival at the zoo and it was a short drive there.
Beds were decent abs comfy. Bathroom was dirty around floorboards and tub/shower edges. Wet washcloth left in shower. Service good and location a convenient 5 minute ride downtown.

Hotel was absolutely acceptable. Front desk was polite and informative, room was clean and quiet. Room came with toiletries, shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion. Clean towels. While they're renovating the restaurant, they have a nice little breakfast baked goods area for convenience. And a tiny store for things you'd like to snack on things you may have forgotten to bring. (Deodorant, charger, razor etc). We enjoyed out stay.
Very comfortable beds, nice clean rooms with storage areas. Easy access hotel. We came when the dining area was closed and being renovated, but they were very transparent about that so we were aware before booking. The hot tub was larger than many and the pool area was nice with plenty of seating and towels didn't run out. Generous patio area over the river which is well guarded against mosquitoes as we didn't have a problem.
We had a great experience at this Radisson. At this price point, the hotel had a lot to offer. Friendly, helpful staff, clean nicely appointed rooms and an excellent location for our purposes. Would definitely recommend
This hotel is convenient to the downtown area, only being a 3-5 minute drive to our wedding destination. The king suite I had was spacious and clean and overlooked the river. Had a mini frig and microwave. Restaurant was closed for renovations so no breakfast, but we were told that at checkin. Free parking a plus, and for the cost a nice place to stay in GR.
The beds are very comfy, and the atmosphere is friendly. Held a staycation/birthday at the Grand Rapids location and had a very good time. The rooms were clean, the staff knowledgeable, and all at an affordable rate. Would have loved to experience the restaurant, but it was closed for renovation. Only downside it was a little far from the central downtown area, but it was worth every penny and quiet.
